Our studio is professional equipped and staffed to handle a variety of requests. Should you have a request is specific in nature let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you.
Photography Studio Rental Rates
$50 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
1/2 day– $180
Full day – $360
Seamless Paper $5/ft
4 ft cutoff is common ($20.00)
We charge per ft that gets dirty and requires cutting
. No charge if it’s not placed on the ground or not damaged in any way.
All fees are subject to HST.

1 x Illumi 5 in 1 Reflector w/ Stand

The prices listed are for studio time only. They do not include a photographer whom will shoot your photos, nor a camera, nor any services outside of time inside the studio space itself. Any questions or concerns you may have about this should be discussed with the studio owner (contact below).
Must be paid in full when booking. Includes basic rental access, extras available upon request.
Your booking time-slot includes setup and cleanup, so please ensure that you give yourself enough time for cleanup and packing up. Overtime charges will be enforced at the rates listed above.
Renters must sign Rental Agreement.
Studio Manager may be present during rental period.
Fees, prices, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
A cleaning fee will be applied if you do not leave the studio the same way you found it. It takes a lot of time and effort to clean the space to be tidy for you and other renters. Please respect the space.
Minimum booking is 2 hours. Cancellations in less than 72 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the full rental rate less than 24hr. Full Rental Rate Charged
